Glen Taylor will step down as the top executive of holding company Taylor Corp. Taylor’s niece, Deb Taylor, will succeed him, the Mankato Free Press reports. Glen Taylor will remain chairman of the company’s board.
North Mankato-based Taylor Corp. started as a printing company and today owns more than 80 businesses. Glen Taylor paid about $100 million to buy the Minneapolis Star Tribune last year and is majority owner of the Minnesota Timberwolves.
