Trisha Sommerness has joined Hockenberg Search as our Director of Business Development. Trisha leverages her extensive recruitment and executive sales experience to develop mutually beneficial relationships between Minnesota manufacturing companies and Hockenberg Search. She is passionate about manufacturing and seeks to provide talent acquisition and retention solutions to the growing challenge that manufacturers face in a competitive job market. Trisha is dedicated to providing networking opportunities for manufacturing professionals through two networking groups created by Hockenberg Search- Minnesota Manufacturing Executives "Gears & Gadgets" programs and MN Women Leading. A self-described 'Hockey Mom,' Trisha enjoys spending time with her two boys and attending hockey activities.
