Hockenberg Search is passionate about manufacturing, and for good reasons! Manufacturing is the backbone of Minnesota's economy. According to Minnesota DEED, manufacturing represents 13 percent of all private sector jobs and $43.7 billion dollars to the state's economy. Sixteen percent of Minnesota's GDP is due to manufacturing. The industry pays an average annual wage of $61.048 per employee, which exceeds many other industries. Since 2010, Minnesota has added 19,677 new jobs, and we are excited to have contributed to that job growth!
