She is a national employment expert within the Financial Services, SaaS Technology, Industrial, Healthcare, Food, Consumer Goods and Non-Profit sectors. Prior to joining Hockenberg Search, Helen was an Associate Partner with DHR International, specializing in Retained Executive Search engagements. Before that, she was a Partner with TRS Executive Search, where she spearheaded the establishment of a new Retained Executive Search practice for a prominent staffing company. Prior to that, she spent fourteen years as Managing Associate with Korn Ferry as a successful executive recruiter in all functional disciplines across multiple global industries. She also spent eight years as Talent Acquisition Manager for Norwest/Wells Fargo, where she was a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team, leading a recruitment team and overseeing full cycle talent acquisition.
Helen holds a B.A. in Industrial Psychology from the University of Minnesota. She has served on the Board of Directors and as a member of the Governance and Compensation Committee for the Alzheimer’s Association of Minnesota-North Dakota.
